Why should I use At Your Service Solutions?
First, you can call in or we have established relationships with a network of contractors in the DuPage area , so you don't have to! We set high standards for the individuals and companies we recommend, and we make sure they are all licensed, insured and professional.

How does the referral process work?
First, you can call in or  fill out a simple online work request form in which you describe the nature of your project. Then At Your Service Solutions contacts you to review your project(s) . Based on your needs and requests, we then match you with contractors from our network and have the contractors contact you directly.

How and when will I receive a contractor referral?
Someone from the At Your Service Solutions team will contact you via telephone or email within three (3) business days of your referral request submission.

How many referrals do you provide?
In most cases, we provide two referrals.

How do you screen your contractors?
We verify all licensing and insurance, check their job sites, contact at least five current customers and check on the contractor's status with the Office of Consumer Affairs and Better Business Bureau.

Can I talk to other homeowners who have used a particular contractor?
We ask that our clients request customer references directly from the contractor, since they may have previous clients with specific projects that are similar to yours.

Is there a fee for using At Your Service Solutions?
There is no cost to the homeowner for using our services.

Should we contact At Your Service Solutions once the process has started to provide feedback?
Yes!  In exchange for providing this free service we ask that our customers keep in contact with us to provide feedback on our referred contractors along with updates on your projects, hiring decisions, pricing.  Once your job is finished we will email you a feedback form to complete and return. 

With this information, we can continue setting a high standard for DuPage’s contractors and only refer exceptional companies!

Do I pay At Your Service Solutions or the contractor?
You pay the contractor directly.

How does At Your Service Solutions make money?
At Your Service Solutions receives a marketing fee for each project secured between our customer and contractor. In return, contractors benefit from being part of a large preferred network of professionals. Their association with At Your Service Solutions not only connects them to a reputable name but allows them to market themselves to new and existing clients.

If we use a contractor through At Your Service Solutions and want to use them again, do we contact the contractor or your service?
It is in everyone's best interest to contact At Your Service Solutions again, because we make certain all the remodeling professionals certifications, licenses and insurance are current, and we are aware of any changes in the contractor's staffing and services or any complaints filed against them. But most importantly, if homeowners continue to use the free service we offer, the network of contractors will be able to expand and prosper, which means we can continue setting a high standard for DuPage’s contractors!

If there is a problem, do I contact At Your Service Solutions or the contractor?
We encourage all our clients to communicate directly with their contractors. If that doesn't resolve the issue, contact us. While the contractors do not directly work for At Your Service Solutions, and we can not guarantee their work, we do our best to assist with any conflicts.
